Customer Service Team Admin
Job Summary: CST Admin will handle sending all outgoing communications to customers. CST
Admin will also assist with scanning and sorting of incoming mail that MRS receives. It is
expected that CST Admin is cross trained with other CST related tasks to ensure they are able
to assist when their bandwidth permits.
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Mail or email validation responses to customers
● Track and update progress on responses being sent to customers
● Assist with any additional CST related tasks when bandwidth allows
Qualifications and Skills:
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
● Ability to pay close attention to detail
● Able to work in the office (work from home is not applicable for this position)
● Imperative to have excellent time management skills
● Able to work in a fast paced environment with consistent changes
Salary : $19
