We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained.
- Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Execute custodial tasks such as emptying trash bins, dusting furniture, and cleaning restrooms.
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Carry out industrial and commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when stock is low.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with residential painting methods is a plus.
- Ability to perform industrial and commercial cleaning effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
