Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, MM, SD, PP, etc.), system integration, and business process transformation. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and configuration in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade projects from planning to execution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Develop and optimize SAP business processes related to Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP), Procurement, and Logistics.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise applications (SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party systems).
• Provide technical expertise in ABAP, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA DB.
• Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Provide training, documentation, and end-user support for SAP solutions.
• Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business Processes, Configuration, and System Integration.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, and system conversion (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid approaches).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and ABAP development.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management principles.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with third-party applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Certification in relevant modules.
• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, or Healthcare.
• Knowledge of SAP Leonardo, AI/ML, RPA, and IoT in SAP landscapes.
