Senior Candidate Preferred (18 Years Experience)
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow ITSM, Process Mining, Now Assist, IT Portal, EC Pro, Now Mobile
- Service Portal Development – Custom widgets, pages, and themes using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals
- Integration expertise – REST API, SOAP, scripting
- Performance optimization and scalability
- Mentor and guide technical teams
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD)
