Main Job Responsibilities :
- Customer interactions by phone and occasionally in person
- Answering and generating high call volumes
- Customer account documentation after interactions
- Data entry from unsold leads for marketing purposes
- Scheduling and rescheduling estimates or walkthroughs for customers
- Reports and Data collection
- Customer Retention Skills
- Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Account activation
- Dependability- Follows directions, responds to management direction; completes tasks on time
- Teamwork - Contributes to a positive team environment and works well with others to meet deadlines
