MS Express, a flatbed transportation company with a presence in Laredo, Texas, has been in operation for over a decade. Our operations encompass three locations in Laredo, Nuevo Laredo, and Monterey, Mexico. We are currently seeking a dispatcher to join our esteemed team.

Experience in dispatching
Proficiency in relevant software
Strong communication skills to effectively relay information between team members and clients.
Experience in transportation planning and management to enhance operational efficiency.
Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes related to logistics.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures within a warehouse or distribution environment.
Excellent phone etiquette for professional interactions.
Competency in typing accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of freight handling processes is advantageous.
Coordinate and manage daily transportation operations, ensuring timely dispatch of freight.
Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates on routes, schedules, and any changes.
Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Utilize AS400 software for tracking shipments and managing logistics operations.
