Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pro Talent Group , a division of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging , is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company in Lebanon, Indiana . This role is ideal for a skilled technician with expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Shift : Monday – Thursday | 2 : 15 PM – 12 : 30 AM

Position Overview :

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality while ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Maintain and repair plant systems, including compressed air, HVAC, and water transfer.
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP standards to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory usage.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
