Pro Talent Group, a division of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Technician for a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. If you have an eye for detail, a commitment to food safety, and experience in QA/QC, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Job Details:
- Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday – Thursday
- Some overtime may be required
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks on production lines
- Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations
- Conduct sanitation checks, ATP/allergen swabbing
- Verify receiving procedures and documentation
- Maintain SQF quality standards and assist production teams as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a QA/QC role
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and interpret QA documents
- Experience with SQF or food safety codes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
