Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour
Shift: 1st shift, 8AM – 4:30PM, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage all inbound and outbound shipments. This role involves working with carriers, couriers, and logistics providers to ensure shipments are handled efficiently, securely, and accurately. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong work ethic, this is a great opportunity to join our client’s team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and document all inbound and outbound shipments
- Communicate with ground, LTL, and 3PL providers to coordinate freight shipments
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and packaging of materials
- Securely package orders for shipment, including strapping, banding, and wrapping
- Maintain inventory of orders in processing and update shipment records
- Schedule shipments using online portals, phone, and email
- Prepare necessary shipping documents such as BOLs and packing slips
- Assist with shipping coordination for multiple locations
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of shipping and receiving experience (required)
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and typing proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
