Responsibilities:
Work with clients to develop and implement SAP (IS-Utilities) Customer Relations & Billing solutions that meet their needs.
Provide consulting and technical support to clients on SAP (IS-Utilities) Customer Relations & Billing.
Manage multiple SAP (IS-Utilities) Customer Relations & Billing projects, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of SAP (IS-Utilities) Customer Relations & Billing.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise with the SAP (IS-Utilities) Customer Relations & Billing system.
Analyze and report on the performance of SAP (IS-Utilities) Customer Relations & Billing solutions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the SAP (IS-Utilities) Customer Relations & Billing field.
