What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge Medicine Pracatice- Primary Care & Women's Health position at Ms. Medicine?

Ms. Medicine is dedicated to empowering healthcare providers by supporting them to establish and manage their own primary care concierge medicine practices. We are typically a fit for providers who find themselves disheartened by the disparity between how they envisioned they would practice medicine and their current reality. We are looking for an energetic board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who has an entrepreneurial spirit.

We will help you launch your own practice and provide support in operations, marketing technology and clinical best practices. We have launched 15 practices since 2019 and are looking for the provider who is the right fit to launch in this market. While each Ms.Medicine practice incorporates womens health as an integral part of superior patient care, your practice will be a reflection of you.

Responsibilities :

Work with Ms.Medicine to establish a business case for launching a concierge practice in your market
Work with the Ms.Medicine team to coordinate operations and marketing efforts to launch and run your practice.
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as necessary
Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care
Educate patients on preventive care measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems
Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Help grow the concierge practice that sees all types of patients but strives to incorporate elevated womens health care into its offering.

Ideal Candidate and Qualifications :

Has an entrepreneurial drive and enjoys more time and deeper relationships with patients.

Enjoys working independently in a small group of physicians without big organization regulations.

Passionate about work and medicine and have great professional and bedside manners with patients.

Is willing to learn about how to run their own business.

Is willing to invest time, energy and money into making connections in their community.

Has a current patient panel in the community

Is looking for flexibility in their work schedule

Has a keen attention to details with patient problems.

Strong discipline with chart documentation, admin tasks and follow-up with patient concerns.

Have effective and compassionate communication / interpersonal skills with patients and staff.

Need Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine and to be board certified (or eligible) with no professional disciplinary actions. Active state and DEA license is a must.
