PNK Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Foreman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have an extensive 2-3 months training at our precast concrete plant in Bethel, PA, and after will be relocated to our plant in Winder, GA. Looking candidates from GA, PA, NJ and NY
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of concrete workers in the production of precast concrete elements.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Schedule and coordinate daily production tasks to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality precast concrete elements.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety within the team.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain open and effective communication with team members, management, and other departments.
- Provide regular updates on production status, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in concrete technology or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience as a concrete foreman in a precast concrete manufacturing environment.
- 3-5 year experience with concrete in manufacturing facilities or construction sites
- Familiarity with precast concrete production processes and equipment.
- Knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe work environment.
- Bilingual: English and Russian (preferred)
