We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at our Lower Manhattan office. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our Industrial Real Estate Development business by providing specialized assistance to our Land Acquisitions department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously under general supervision, providing crucial support to our Industrial Real Estate Development business.
- Land Sources: maintain a comprehensive list of land sources, including developers, competitors, land site owners, and entitlement specialists.
- Land Deal Tracking: maintain deal tracking progress report and project status, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting.
- Memorandums and Letters of Intent: assist in the preparation of memorandums and Letters of Intent (LOI’s) for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Marketing: verify and ensure accuracy of project marketing materials.
- CRM: maintain updated contact information in our Customer Relationship Information Management (CRIM) system.
- GIS Mapping: post Land Site Opportunities on electronic mapping system.
Requirements:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- College degree in a related field preferred.
