Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define and formulate the "product" of the company, department, or position to establish business processes, create metrics, and develop KPIs.
  • Manage recruitment efforts based on criteria shaped by the created environment.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing corporate culture, including mission, values, and systems, to foster a productive work environment.
  • Establish strategies, principles, senses, and implementation tools for corporate initiatives.
  • Organize personnel evaluations to identify productive employees and support their development.
  • Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in forming a talent pool, including work with students and graduates.
  • Advise management on issues related to corporate culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate culture and internal communications within companies.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bilingual English and Russian.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to set priorities, tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Capability to develop and adhere to schedules while maintaining focus.
  • Competence in developing contingency plans and achieving results.
  • Demonstrates integrity and keeps promises, following through on decisions.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key individuals, being consistent and predictable with people.
  • Supports the self-esteem of others and manages conflicts to prevent disruption of business goals.
  • Creates a trustworthy atmosphere through honesty and respect.
  • Shows initiative and persistently works to complete tasks and achieve goals.
  • Presents ideas persuasively and questions existing methods.
