Production Supervisor will be responsible for leadership and directions for overall production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the entire precast concrete production process, ensuring that it runs efficiently, on schedule, and meets quality standards.
- Manage a team of workers, including concrete technicians, mold builders, and machine operators. This may involve scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all precast elements meet quality standards and specifications. This includes monitoring the casting process, curing, and finishing.
- Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, such as molds, mixers, and curing chambers.
- Keep track of inventory levels for raw materials and finished precast elements.
- Develop production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that production goals are met.
- Monitor production costs and looking for ways to optimize processes and reduce expenses while maintaining quality.
- Maintain records and documentation related to production, quality control, safety, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- 5 Years Precast Concrete experience
- Ability to read Blue Prints
- Thorough knowledge of effective and efficient production and manufacturing methods
- Bilingual English and Russian
