What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Superintendent position at MS Park Construction LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating underground utility projects. This involves setting timelines, allocating resources
- Ensuring projects stay on budget, estimations and value engineering, BoQ
- Enforcing safety protocols
- Assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance of technicians and laborers
- Maintaining equipment and materials required for underground utility work. This includes inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Quality control
- Maintaining detailed records of project progress, expenses, and safety compliance
- Work with inspectors supervision and ability to pass inspections
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with underground utilities in construction
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Possessions of 30 OSHA card and Blue Card
- Ability to prepare various types of reports and estimates
- Ability to interpret detailed engineering plans and drawings
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
