Position Overview:
Anticipation start date: Jan 20, 25.
MS Professional Support Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated personal caregivers to provide non-medical caregiving services for seniors and individuals with disabilities starting on January 20, 2025. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, select your clients, and provide quality care based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical caregiving services, including but not limited to companionship, assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Follow client-directed care plans and perform duties as instructed by the client or the client’s family members.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to the scheduling preferences and availability that you set, with the understanding that clients may request services based on their needs.
- Ensure that services are delivered timely, efficiently, and in accordance with MS Professional Support Services’ standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, housekeeping, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from client homes (you are responsible for your own travel).
- Must pass background checks and meet the eligibility requirements.
- Ability to work with clients with varying needs, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Must be flexible, dependable, and able to manage multiple clients.
