What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drug and Alcohol Technician position at MS Safety Partners?
MasterMed LLC is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working in a professional office environment. Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform urine and breath drug & alcohol collections
- Schedule and coordinate testing requests for out of state drivers
- Update clients with test results, register new clients and provide general customer service
- Invoicing and billing for completed services
- Check-in and process drivers for Medical Card Appointments
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledgeable in use of Quickbooks is a plus
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in drug and alcohol testing not required. Training provided.

Office Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
