MasterMed LLC is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working in a professional office environment. Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform urine and breath drug & alcohol collections
  • Schedule and coordinate testing requests for out of state drivers
  • Update clients with test results, register new clients and provide general customer service
  • Invoicing and billing for completed services
  • Check-in and process drivers for Medical Card Appointments

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable in use of Quickbooks is a plus
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in drug and alcohol testing not required. Training provided.

Office Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
