This position will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop hiring strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Talent Strategy Development: Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to define staffing needs and create recruitment strategies tailored to business goals.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement hiring practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report hiring progress to leadership.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and innovative recruitment tools.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters on the team.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
- Proven success in hiring for various roles across multiple departments and industries.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and data-driven candidate outreach.
- Experience implementing diversity hiring initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
