As the VP of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our SaaS business. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes across various departments to drive productivity, scalability, and customer satisfaction.Note : this is an onsite position at our NY Corp Office located at 1 World Trade CenterKey Responsibilities : Operational Strategy : Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with overall company objectives.Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Foster collaboration and communication across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success, and Finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of operational initiatives.Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of operational processes. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues, and take proactive measures to address them.Resource Allocation : Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization of personnel, technology, and other resources. Work closely with department heads to forecast resource needs and allocate resources accordingly.Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.Vendor Management : Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors as needed.Team Leadership : Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (10 years) in operations management in a Tech / SaaS industry.Strong understanding of SaaS business models, processes, and best practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
