Responsibilities
1st Shift - Monday through Friday and overtime, if needed
Starting Pay Rate - $20.00 / hr

MSA Globe Manufacturing in Pittsfield, New Hampshire is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative to perform order validation and processing, working with customers and assisting with answering questions on quotations, calls and general questions and inquires.
Responsibilities :
- Receiving and processing orders received from distributors.
- Enter orders received.
- Validate orders received from distributor to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Review and validate all variable data received with distributor order.
- Process order changes / updates requested by distributor.
- Customer service duties assisting with quotations, calls, questions, inquiries, etc.
