Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using office phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to office tasks.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work well under pressure.
