Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated people to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting students in their education and a strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves implementing educational programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You will collaborate with other educators, parents, and specialists to foster the growth and development of each student.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) for students with developmental disabilities.
- Engage students with curriculum materials that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student progress and address any concerns
- Support educators in best practices for teaching children with special needs.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and social interaction.

Requirements
- Educational Technician Certification from Maine DOE
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.02 - $26.59 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
