Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in achieving the company's goals for the property. This includes reviewing and understanding the building operating plan, helping to organize a plan to achieve the milestones set in place by the approved annual building business plan, and supervising and assisting with the operations of properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in achieving the company's goals for the property.
- Review and understand the building operating plan, and help to organize a plan to achieve the milestones set in place by the approved annual building business plan.
- Supervise and assist with the operations of properties, ensuring that building presentation and operations are maintained according to company standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Collaborate with the construction department to schedule Landlord obligated work, and assist with time sheet entry for Building Engineers.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records, processing work orders, bill back charges, and tenant requests & notices.
