Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Manager with multi-family property management experience to take charge of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their community. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals while managing both financial and operational aspects of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
As Property Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Overseeing the hiring, training, supervising, and motivating of property staff
- Managing the property’s revenue and expenses to meet budget and financial guidelines
- Maintaining accurate resident records, posting rent, deposits, fees, and all accounts payable functions
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for staff and residents
- Conducting building inspections and taking action to meet property standards
- Following up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensuring timely resolution
- Promoting resident satisfaction by being a resource for resident concerns and assisting with resolutions
- Completing required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
- A valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with industry software (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
- A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
