What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing Property Managers , fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Support the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) with special projects.
- Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction , addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement.
- Act as a liaison between ownership, partners, and agencies , optimizing financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations and government programs .
- Conduct quarterly file audits , resolving any discrepancies.
- Assist Property Managers with marketing strategies and retention efforts .
- Oversee, analyze, and prepare financial reports to drive business success.
