About the Role
- Assist the Property Manager in achieving the company's goals for the property, including reviewing and understanding the building operating plan and helping to organize a plan to achieve the milestones set in place by the approved annual building business plan.
- Supervise and assist with the operations of properties, ensuring that building presentation and operations are maintained according to company standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Collaborate with the construction department to schedule Landlord obligated work, and assist with time sheet entry for Building Engineers.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records, processing work orders, bill back charges, and tenant requests & notices.
- Participate in the development and review of all property operating reports required, including accruals, reforecasts, and reporting budget variances.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and NJ Codes and regulations involving building operations and construction/capital projects.
