Local Worksites in Berkeley, Morgan, and Jefferson Counties, WV

Location: Home Office at 123 Reliance Road, Martinsburg, WV 25403

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinating on-site crew members
• Operate bulldozers, excavators, wheeled loader, skid steer, roller and various other construction equipment.
• Identify and communicate potential issues before they become problems.
• Collaborate with management and crew members to ensure projects run efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Excavation Foreman or similar role
• Experience operating dozers, excavators and loaders
• Ability to understand site plans
• Knowledge of utility installation including water, sewer and electrical.
• Collaborate with team members, customers and vendors
• Valid driver’s license.
• Back ground and drug test required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Supervising: 2 years (Required)
