- Helm extensive project initiatives, ensuring every phase from design to implementation is executed flawlessly.
- Steer logistics and distribution strategies, making transformative recommendations for the CFC network.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to streamline and enhance logistics operations.
- Spearhead the adoption of innovative logistics tools and workflows across our network.
- Develop and uphold “Standard Cost Data” for financial analyses and potential project evaluations.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, mitigating risks while enhancing operational efficiency.
- Convey project needs and secure leadership backing for budgetary requirements.
- Navigate the complexities of material handling equipment expertly.
- Construct and manage annual capital budgets for your assigned centers.
- Foster confidentiality and strategic intuition in alignment with company goals.
- Uphold the MSC Culture, ensuring strategic alignment company-wide.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering is essential.
- At least five years of engineering experience in distribution required.
- Comprehensive experience in handling significant capital projects.
- Command in preventive maintenance for material handling systems.
- Acumen in conveyor control technology is necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in software applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Exceptional skill in data management, communication, and project execution.
- Impeccable time allocation and organizational capabilities.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be open to significant travel commitments.
- Solid foundation in project management and industrial engineering.
- Engineering credentials with Six Sigma training.
