The level 1 Quality Analyst reviews projects prior to the return of the project to ensure accuracy of the results. A full working knowledge of the List Manager cross reference tool is required as well as knowledge of various search methods. Strong time management skills are needed to work between various projects. Additionally, work will be conducted within List Manager.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Review completed lists checking for errors and refining crosses
- Researches and communicates cross-functionally with MSC departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Verifies cross reference matches using item numbers, descriptions, and customer’s original data to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and share coaching opportunities with Supervisors based on errors detected.
- Researches and communicates cross-functionally within Special Services and with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work within List Manager to cross lines when there are no QA projects.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and flexibility to move between projects as needed.
- Maintain a database of sourcing options
- Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC’s mission.
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

Compensation starting at $ 36,120 – $56,760 depending on experience.
The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
