What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coordinator position at MSC Medical?
Front Desk Coordinator maintains and manages the front desk area of our medical office while providing clerical/administrative support to the doctor. The Front Desk Coordinator should be able to perform multiple functions at once (multitask). Managing regular duties while taking on additional projects as assigned requires a high level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Customer service oriented and an outgoing personality are a must for dealing with our varied patient population. Must have strong people skills. Individual must maintain a professional attitude while performing multiple tasks in a pressured environment. Individual must be innovative and highly self-motivating, engaging in tasks without being directed to do so. Individual must be detail oriented and very organized.
Good computer and typing skills are required with knowledge of EMR systems, Excel, and Word. The position requires a large amount of data entry.
This position starts early morning and requires an individual to stand for long periods of time.
All potential candidates must pass pre-employment drug screen, skills assessments, reference, and criminal background check.
Hours are M-F 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
