Job Summary / Key Responsibilities :

Helps internal and external clients with questions or problems regarding their EDI (electronic data interchange) 315 and EDI 310 connection and set up. Acts as the liaison between MSC Technology, MSC Geneva and the customer to ensure proper communication between all parties. Keeps up the highest productivity and service levels standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential functions

Review and analyze EDI 315 scorecards to provide solutions and information to internal and external customers to increase completeness score.
Liaise and help facilitate communication between our customers, MSC Technology and other partners dealing with EDI connections and troubleshooting.
Expertly communicate solutions to customer and internal colleagues to resolve issues and provide clarity on the EDI process.
Correcting problems when found by identifying resources, initiating a problem resolution procedure and corrective action plan when necessary.
Performs other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications & Key Competencies :

English : Advanced

Excellent communication skills

Strong customer service mindset, focused, and responsive

Analytical and able to find solutions for customers

Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new products and explain to others

Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively

Great team player

Knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to learn new software

Prior experience in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, call center, administrative or clerical jobs

Preffered Skills, education, and experience

Prior experience in customer service, or logistics with a focus on customer service and problem resolution

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in similar role

Knowledge of MS Dynamics not necessary but a plus

Knowledge of EDI not necessary but a plus

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
