Job Summary
Registers the incoming invoices in the MSC system, checks their accuracy and makes the payments to the vendors.
Issues the outgoing invoices to the counterparts, register them in the MSC system, issues periodic SOA, collect and apply incoming payments.
Register bank transactions and reconcile bank statements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Receives, processes, verifies, and reconciles invoices.
- Issues invoices, collect and reconcile payments.
- Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice / expense reports.
- Issues quarterly Aging Reports for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Maintains historical records by filing documents and logs and ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure on time and accurate daily posting of operational vendor expenses.
