Role Overview
Correspondent Processors play an integral part and serve as partner and liaison between MSF and our Business Partners. Our team members provide a superior level of customer service to internal and external customers. Our team members are committed to adhering to the integrity of the companys ability to fund a loan by following established guidelines, policies and procedures found in the Continuity Book and other company-specific resources. The loan processor will work closely with Mortgage Experts to provide an exceptional experience to our customers. The processor will be required to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
Essential Duties: In addition to related job duties as assigned, this position will:
Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
Verify accuracy and consistency of loan application and supporting documentation to ensure all required submissions and quality assurance requirements are met in accordance with company standard.
Verify all disclosures were provided to the borrower in accordance with state, federal, agency and company compliance standards.
Verify lock information as applicable.
Order/Review verifications: VOE, MERS, Flood Certs, Drive Report with undisclosed debt monitoring, tax transcripts.
Complete all appraisal logging information in Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) portal upon receipt.
Validate accurate AUS input and findings.
Validate income and assets for borrowers in accordance with the AUS Findings
Meet crucial submission and closing deadlines.
Maintain and cultivate communication with assigned parties.
Audit and review loan.
Follow-up on outstanding Post Close conditions.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
Must have demonstrated experience working with FHA, VA, and USDA loans and websites.
Superior customer services skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements
Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
Occasional movement about inside the office to walk to offices and office machinery.
Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.
