Role Overview
The PCCD Reviewer is responsible for post-close review of all Closing Disclosures (CDs) and validating all charges against Title Company charges and disbursement as well as actual recording fees as shown on the recorded document and sending a corrected CD to the borrower within 60 days of the closing date.
Essential Duties
Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Review recorded documents and compare to the CD. When there is a difference update the CD in the Loan Origination System, and generate a new CD to send to the borrower
Review the Final Settlement Statement and compare to the CD. When there is a difference update the CD in the Loan Origination System, and generate a new CD to send to the borrower
Obtain copies of recorded documents from the county when needed
Obtain the Final Settlement Statement from title when needed
Obtain the disbursement date from the title when needed
Request checks for refunds as needed in conjunction with the PCCD
Other duties, as assigned

Knowledge of regulatory, agency and investor requirements
Physical Requirements
Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
Occasional movement about inside the office to walk to offices and office machinery.
Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, stooping, bending, standing, reaching.
