Position Overview:
As a Toddler Teacher, you will be at the heart of our toddler program from daily guiding young children through critical developmental milestones with creativity, care, and expertise. You will co-lead planned exciting activities, and build trusting relationships with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the toddler classroom, fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Curriculum Implementation: Execute a developmentally appropriate lesson plan that encourages physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, positive relationships with families, creating an open line of communication to ensure each child’s needs are met.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assessment & Documentation: Play a key role in supporting observation and assessment of children’s progress, documenting their development and communicating regularly with parents about milestones and any concerns.
- Individualized Attention: Understand and support the unique developmental needs of each child, ensuring personalized care and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Early Childhood Education: A deep love for working with toddlers and a commitment to nurturing their growth and development.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.
- Creativity & Innovation: A talent for creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and learning.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
