What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINIC SCHEDULER position at MSCCN?
Description : Will be answering roughly 70 inbound calls daily for the Clinic. Calls will mainly be to schedule appointments with the various departments that are onsite at the Chanhassen location. Skills : call center, epic Top Skills Details : call center,epic Additional Skills & Qualifications : EPIC is preferred, but they are open to people with call center or healthcare call center experience. This will be high volume with the 70 calls / day, so they want someone who has a good understanding of what that's like taking back to back calls.
