Information Security Manager
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry.
Job Summary:
This role involves managing our company's information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data assets. The successful candidate will lead and manage the information security department, providing guidance, training, and support while fostering collaboration with other internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the establishment and management of security policies and standards across the organization.
- Conduct regular assessments of the security posture of the organization.
- Manage annual IT audits, including development of the annual plan and writing issue reports.
- Collaborate with IT management to review Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery and Incident Response Plans.
- Monitor network for security violations and respond to incidents promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security Management.
- Strong skills in Access Control, Cisco Technologies, and Firewall Technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with IDS, IPS, and Active Directory.
- Auditing and Authentication experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or other related certifications highly desirable.
