About the Role:
As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations with calmness and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around business and perimeter areas.
Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old (21 years old for armed roles).
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Pass a background investigation and a drug screen (to the extent permitted by law).
- Meet state and/or local licensing requirements.
