Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior MSCI Analytics Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales of MSCI’s Barra and RiskManager products to large Alternative Investment managers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analytics, risk management, and the unique needs of alternative investment clients.
Your Key Ressponsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with large Alternative Investment managers, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for Barra and RiskManager products.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of MSCI’s Barra and RiskManager products, providing clients with tailored solutions that address their risk management and performance analytics needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, research, and technology, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Presentations and Demos: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of MSCI’s analytics solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both MSCI and the client.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on analytics and risk management solutions.
