Your Team Responsibilities
MSCI, Inc. seeks Analytics Regional Managers - Americas in New York, NY to lead business management and pipeline analysis for the Analytics business in the Americas region. Collaborate with Pre-Sales Team and MSCI Analytics Consultants to better understand our clients’ use cases, gathering and extracting intel from our client's feedback loop to continue to map our MSCI Analytics Solutions and products to our clients’ needs and demands.
Your Key Responsibilities
Partner with product managers to target our efforts, resources and priorities towards commercially impactful product enhancements, roadmaps and new product developments. Direct ownership of the decision-making process for prioritization of investment decisions and resource allocation, seeking to effectively maximize the firm's ROI through product creation and divestments. Provide guidance and collaborate with Sales specialists, Account Managers, and Analytics Segment Heads in the Americas region on product positioning, competitors’ analysis, deal structuring, commercial strategy and market penetration strategies. Provide assessment and collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market product campaigns. Develop and execute strategies, product campaigns, and business operating plans. Present regional Analytics results to senior management and stakeholders.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience in investment and risk management process operations; demonstrating business management experience including sales forecasting, marketing, and business development or product management experience; presenting before groups including influencing senior managers or key decision makers of institutional investors; leading business management and pipeline analysis for regional business; prioritizing product enhancements, roadmap and new product development backlogs across mini-businesses; owning decision-making process for prioritization of investment decisions and resource allocation, seeking to effectively maximize ROI through product creation and divestments. 10-20% travel required nationally and internationally. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
Salary Range: $176,571 to $210,000/year, 40 hrs/wk
