Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI is looking for an Art Director to join our growing in-house creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role combines creative concept generation with high-quality design, direction, and strategy. You will work closely with your ACD / Sr. Copywriter partner to produce exceptional digital campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging content for social media, video, email, sales materials, event promotions, and more.
Lead concept development for new campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand visual identity (VI).
Collaborate with product marketers, research content marketing, and design teams to create holistic campaigns.
Define and expand on our brand VI, leading projects' creative style and artistic approach.
Mentor and provide constructive feedback to creative team members.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Identify new opportunities and trends in the market to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Degree in related field.

3 years of experience as an Art Director and / or 5 years as a Sr. Designer at an agency or in-house creative team.

Knowledge of financial services and B2B marketing is a plus.

Proven expertise in video and social content creation.

Ability to craft big ideas and experiences for multi-channel campaigns.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Experience mentoring creative team members and providing clear direction.

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering cohesive and impactful creative content.

Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
