The Executive Talent team at MSCI is charged with a step change to ensure Leadership Excellence across the Managing Director cohort, inclusive of the way we attract, hire, onboard and develop leaders for the future. Your Key Responsibilities
With direction from Executive Recruiters, drive a client centric, streamlined, and exceptional recruitment and onboarding process for all hiring managers, interviewers, vendors and candidates who interact with MSCI, at the Executive level. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling: Key point of contact from a logistical and experience perspective for candidates, interviewers, external and internal partners for scheduling meetings and interviews.
- HR Systems Management: Manage the iCIMS recruitment system, ensuring accurate and clean data entry around Executive level recruitment.
- Document/Report Preparation: Prepare and distribute related recruitment templates, interview guides, candidate resumes, feedback forms, offer letters, onboarding plans, vendor documents, and professional slide decks for recruitment-related presentations.
- Onboarding Plans: In partnership with Executive Recruiter, Hiring Manager and HR Lead, coordinate the development and execution of comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Project Management: In partnership with Executive Recruiters, manage and execute ad hoc projects related to recruitment and HR initiatives as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with various departments and teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to achieve common goals.
- Sense of Urgency & Pro-activeness: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Highly attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint: Skilled in creating professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations for various recruitment and HR-related purposes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and convey information clearly.
- Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment systems like iCIMS and other HR software, ensuring accurate data entry and management.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
