Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Content COE and stakeholders to address pain points in end-to-end content management, from planning and creation to review, tagging, and distribution
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new global and local content capabilities
- Lead content lifecycle management efficiency and effectiveness dashboard development with commercial operations & analytics team to track content lifecycle performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive actionable insights
- Continue to enhance and iterate content taxonomy and auto-tagging capability to improve content accuracy, searchability and efficiency
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard stakeholders onto new content capabilities; gather feedback to improve adoption and usability
- Monitor the performance of implemented content capabilities, establish KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for global content capabilities-related inquiries
- Take on ad-hoc content-related projects and assignments to support evolving business needs.
