ANGOLA MIDDLE SCHOOL
Health and PE Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Develop a curriculum that promotes grade-level standards in physical fitness
- Instruct students on the basic techniques needed to play team sports and other recreational activities
- Discuss the importance of living a healthy lifestyle that includes regular physical activity
- Monitor and document student participation and progress
- Collaborate with Peers to Align Curriculum and Design Lessons
- Participate in PLCs to Analyze Student Progress and Promote Student Learning
- Maintain a Google Classroom to Organize Content, Communicate Information, and Provide Support Resources for Learners
- Communicate with Stakeholders Including Students, Colleagues, Parents and Administration
Qualifications: Valid Indiana Secondary Health and PE Teacher License. Safe Hiring Solutions expanded background including the Indiana DCS index.
Salary: Based on experience
