RYAN PARK ELEMENTARY
Principal

- Copy of valid Indiana Administrative License
- At least three letters of reference
Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for the school and educational program
- Creates and maintains positive and productive school culture and climate to the benefit of students, staff, and community
- Actively leads and implements ongoing, professional development in areas directly linked to improving student achievement
- Manages operations and resources for a safe and effective learning environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Administrative License
- A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience as a classroom teacher and/or building assistant principal and/or principal
- Be an effective communicator with excellent speaking, writing, and listening skills
- Has proven leadership, motivational skills and abilities best suited for elementary school setting resulting in improvement of student achievement
- Requires expertise in areas of curriculum and instruction professional learning communities, teacher evaluation, best practice research, the process of school improvement, and the requirements of accountability
Salary: Commensurate with education, experience, and qualification; a comprehensive benefit package is offered.
Start Date: July 01, 2025
End Date: 225 Day Contract
