Purpose:
Provide leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating an instructional program appropriate to the needs of the students and consistent with the goals and objectives of the school and corporation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Administrative Certification is required.
- Successful secondary teaching experience and administrative experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an instructional leader.
- Proven effectiveness in working with students, parents and teachers.
- Demonstrated leadership in curriculum, staff development and performance evaluation. Commitment to community and parent involvement.
- Proven and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to technology and data analysis to support student learning.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
