Overall :

This is a technical support role who will support customer and internal team for all MSE lab products inquires.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide the technical support to warehouse regarding chemical storage and incoming material / instrument quality check.
  • Assist the operation director for daily operation needs.
  • Establish and maintain liaison with sales team and product management team.
  • Document all the product issues and conduct operation / product improvement.
  • Provides technical support to the customers for all MSE material and equipment regarding engineering, technical or scientific issues.
  • Communicate with manufacturer engineers to address the pre-sale quote inquiries and after sale issues.
  • Work with customers regarding the instrument manual request and repair support.
  • Provide feedback for product quality improvements

    • Requirements :

  • STEM Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree in chemistry or Material Science preferred.
  • Knowledge of chemistry and experience in operating and maintenances lab instrument
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, i.e. Microsoft suites
  • Good time management and planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential
