Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Account Executive (MSP Sales) to join our team with a proven track record in selling IT services and products. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge needed to understand client needs. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently bringing in new clients with some assistance from our SDR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business by understanding client requirements and recommending suitable IT services and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and technical evaluations to propose IT solutions.
- Present our IT offers and the value of our services to potential clients.
- Create and deliver Sales Presentations and Proposals.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Revenue: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Client Acquisition: Acquire a targeted number of new clients each quarter.
- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline with a defined number of qualified leads.
- Proposal Conversion: Convert a high percentage of proposals into closed sales.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our IT services and solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the IT Sales Director and Technical teams to deliver client solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for success and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.

- Base Salary
- Commission & Bonuses: Competitive commission based on Gross Sales, with additional incentives for reaching Quarterly Sales Milestones acquiring New Clients.
