Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our acquisitions team. In this role, your primary focus will be reaching out to homeowners, building genuine relationships, and offering them our property acquisition services.
This position offers a base salary to cover day-to-day expenses with 90%of your earnings based on commission—rewarding your hard work and success. Our company is rapidly growing, providing you with opportunities for advancement, including larger commission splits, leadership roles, and higher base salary potential.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and contact homeowners through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to help them explore their selling options.
- Analyze properties and identify profitable acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and manage deals from initial contact through closing.
- Track all interactions in our CRM and maintain organized deal records.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to improve conversion strategies and share insights.
- Attend in-office meetings twice a week for training, team collaboration, and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and eager to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Sales experience (Real estate, cold calling, or acquisitions experience is a plus but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM tools (preferred).
- Comfortable working remotely with the flexibility to attend in-office meetings twice per week.
